Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, talented, and experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. As a Civil Engineer at Engenuity, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, including hotels, hospitals, multi-family, retail, and industrial sites. You will be an essential part of our team, contributing your expertise and creativity to help our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Manage and coordinate civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Design: Prepare detailed engineering plans, calculations, and specifications for various civil engineering projects, including site development, drainage, utilities, and more.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations and permits.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their project needs and objectives and provide regular updates on project progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our interdisciplinary team of engineers to deliver integrated and sustainable solutions.
Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of project deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or the ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
5+ years of civil engineering experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team.
